On the Jul 14 of 2016 I made a Ferrari drive tour in the shop MOTORSPORT Maranello, the test drive was conducted with Mr. Arturo, which was very helpful and polite. In the end of the tour we spent in the shop for payment and purchase of some Ferraris souvenir, where I bought a wallet, backpack and a watch, which I was informed of the warranty. I thought that was dealing with serious and responsible people, but not, for more than 6 months ago, I sent to Mr. Giacomo the watch cause it presented a defect, He informed that I had made a drop too sharp with the watch and for this there would be no warranty with this, the cost of the repair would be at 40,00 (€). I do not remember having left the watch to fall, but I agreed to pay to have the watch again, however, before returning I asked to be made a test and to my surprise, the clock showed the same defect, and Mr. Giacomo reported that the watch could not be fixed and that would return the watch, but this has already been a month and until now he has not sent the transportation date. I'm upset not for the money and the time wasted, but by the neglect of a client, will be that all European customers are handled in this manner. I trusted in the reviews of TRIPADVISOR, and now I come to warn of the carelessness of this shop MOTORSPORT Maranello with customers.

No dia 15 de agosto de 2016, eu fiz um pacote de drive em uma Ferrari na loja MOTORSPORT Maranello, o teste drive foi realizado com o Sr. Arturo, o qual foi muito prestativo e educado. Quando do encerramento do tour passamos na loja para pagamento e compra de alguns suvenir da Ferrari, onde eu comprei uma carteira, mochila e um relógio, o qual fui informado da garantia. Pensava eu que estava tratando com pessoas sérias e responsáveis, mas não, pois a mais de 6 meses (24 maio 16) eu enviei para o Sr. Giacomo o referido relógio porque veio apresentar uma pane, o mesmo informou que eu havia feito uma queda muito brusca com o relógio e por isto não haveria direito a garantia, com isto, o custo do reparo ficaria em 40,00 (euros). Eu não lembro de ter deixado o relógio cair, mas concordei em pagar para ter o relógio novamente, contudo, antes de devolver solicitei que efetuasse um teste e para minha surpresa o relógio apresentou a mesma pane e o Sr. Giacomo informou que o relógio não poderia ser consertado e que devolveria o relógio, mas isto já se passou um mês e até agora ele não enviou os dados do transporte. Fico chateado não pelo dinheiro e pelo tempo desperdiçado, mas pelo descaso com um cliente, será que todos os clientes europeus são tratados deste modo. Confiei nas avaliações do TRIPADVISOR e agora venho alertar o descaso desta loja MOTORSPORT Maranello com os clientes.
